Chicago Citizen Science Brigade is governed and operated by a working Board, comprised of all-volunteer, all-Chicago residents. The inaugural Board will design the organization’s first programs, create a development and stewardship plan, and develop CCSB’s Strategic Plan. Each Director will also spearhead work under their specific Mission Focus. Board members serve 1 year renewable terms. Directors will have the unique opportunity of contributing to the foundation and shaping of the CCSB. Open seats are filled on an as-needed basis. Board members commit to volunteering 4-10 hours per month to fulfill their role, schedule and expectations to be chosen as a group.
